Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
PII is information that can be used to identify you individually. PII includes, but it is not limited to, your name, social security number, birthday, health data, your mailing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We only collect PII that is required for you to be able to use the Site.
Non-Personal Information (“NPI”)
We collect NPI from you. NPI cannot be easily used to personally identify you. It includes, for example, the type of web browser you use, the URL of the previous website you visited, clickstream patterns, your ISP, your operating system and your IP address.
Use of Personally Identifiable Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technological safety measures to protect the PII you submit. However, no computer system is immune from attack and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your PII will not be disclosed, misused or lost by accident.
Updating or Deleting Personally Identifiable Information
To update or delete your PII, send an e-mail to email@example.com or send us response to any e-mail message which is sent to you in connection with the Site.
Do not Send us Confidential Information
Apart from the PII that we explicitly require that you provide us with so you can use the Site, we do not collect nor do we require that you send us any other information. DO NOT SEND ANY INFORMATION THAT COULD BE DEEMED NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION (I.E., CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION). We are not responsible for safeguarding confidential information you send and you agree that we are not liable, under any circumstances for any public disclosure of such confidential information.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We reserve the right to disclose PII and NPI (collectively, “Information”) to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us. We will disclose Information to law enforcement to prevent an emergency, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Children Under the Age of Thirteen
This Site is not intended for children or minors under the age of thirteen years without the permission of a parent or guardian. We will not knowingly collect PII from visitors in this age group. Where information becomes available indicating that a child under the age of thirteen has provided us with PII, the parent or guardian of that child may contact us using the information below.
