You will be a member of a team representing Bobcat, the leader in compact construction equipment and taking on the identity of such. You have the pleasure of providing inbound and outbound customer service, sales and support calls to help increase the overall branding awareness and increase in sales activity to the 500 + dealers throughout North America.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•You must be a self-motivated multi-tasker with initiative, integrity and intelligence that can work independently and be an extreme team player,when needed, working in tangent to achieve the common goals of the client.
•Working through outbound leads generated through Bobcat’s print and digital marketing strategies, social and web advertising and current existing data base lists.
•Collect and document customer information for future marketing and funnel.
•Assist in marketing through trickle selling and email campaigns.
•Become highly knowledgeable on products and product applications.
•The willingness to engage in ongoing industry training and development is important and will be conducted on an ongoing basis as needed.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

•Strong phone customer service, including experience working with/in B2B and B2C industries.
•Use of Office Products, G-Suite and CRM’s (Salesforce preferred).
•You must be able to navigate through several open search engines, CRM’s, Microsoft Office Programs and client Websites efficiently
•Ability to multitask and function in an interrupt-driven environment with great attention to detail and focus.

SYSTEM ANALYST FOR SALESFORCE

We are seeking an individual that desires to get into the consulting business to join our team. This person wears several hats but will be responsible to help grow our CRM business and grow revenue. We are seeking a flexible, adaptable, organized person that loves to take on challenges and provide the desired solution for the customer. Must be able to work independently but also within a team environment. We are a Salesforce partner and work with best practices for our CRM Consulting. We have just moved our location next to the U of M providing a great work environment. This position does offer some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day administration of Internal Salesforce and External Salesforce clients.
  • Work with marketing and sales to determine pricing and messaging
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Function as an onsite consultant and trainer for Existing External clients
  • Gather client requirements for new clients and apply salesforce best practice to implement the best possible solution.

OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reier Group is currently looking for a Customer Service/Sales Agent to work in our office in Minneapolis. This is a full-time Team Position with Reier Group, LLC www.reiergroup.com partnering with the Bobcat Equipment Company. Bobcat Company, part of the Doosan family of businesses, is the world leader in the engineering, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of compact equipment, including Bobcat skid steer loaders, mini-excavators, utility vehicles and attachments. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be making, primarily, outbound calls to customers that have recently inquired about the purchase of a new piece of equipment or attachment from one of their (600) dealers throughout North America. You will qualify the customer based on a series of discovery questions and collect any marketing data acquired and document within the Salesforce CRM System. We need well-spoken, personable people to provide high-quality communications between our customers, dealers, office team and management. Must be able to take direction. Open to ongoing training and education on a regular basis.

Hours will be during the day Monday-Friday and are flexible with a set schedule. We are located on the green line, Prospect Park stop near the U of M. This position will be placing outbound calls on behalf of our client to engage their members in a health technology platform offered by Benovate.

Member Engagement Representative Responsibilities:

  • You will be on the phone each day, reaching out to members, through both manual and automated dialing, with the goal of gathering the member’s email address to get them verified on the Allied Member Connection platform.
  • Direct members of how to access their Member Connection to log in.
  • Advise members of the training and other resources available to them through customer service.
  • Utilization of the Salesforce CRM and Phone Burner, entering the member information into the Benovate technology platform.
  • Use of Microsoft Office Products and G-Suite
  • Work cooperatively and productively with team members.
